For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, I, the undersigned, (artist's name) of (address: street, city, state), being the lawful Owner of the Copyright in the work described as follows: (description of work, including registration number if applicable), do hereby transfer and assign all right, title and interest of said Copyright to (name of buyer) of (address: street, city, state), his or her heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
The Owner warrants that he has full right and authority to transfer said Copyright, and that said Copyright is transferred free of all liens, encumbrances or adverse claims.
